CANCELLATION, CHANGE AND REFUND POLICY - APPLIES TO ALL CAMP LOCATIONS
If your cancellation request is received at least 30 days before the Start Date of the camp - Full refund.
If your cancellation request is received between 30-15 days before the Start Date of the camp - 50% refund
If your cancellation request is received less than 15 days before the Start Date of the camp - No refund
If you requested a change in camp and then decide to cancel, the date that will be used to determine the refund amount will be the start date of the original camp or the new camp whichever comes first.
Changes can be made between camps if there is space available in the desired camp.
Changes can be requested up to 15 days before the start date of the desired camp.
Each change in camp will be charged a $25 fee per student.
There are NO MAKE UP SESSIONS.
We reserve the right to cancel an entire camp or camp day(s) due to unforeseen circumstances.
