VEX IQ Robotics League - Team Nestle ES

ROBOTICS LEAGUE - Grades 4-5

Our Robotics League introduces students to the exciting world of engineering, coding, and design through the VEX IQ platform. Robotics helps kids develop problem-solving skills, teamwork, and creativity as they build and program their own robots. The program culminates in competitions where students put their skills to the test against peers from other schools.

Student Commitment: Participants are expected to commit for the entire school year. Practices are held twice a week after school. Consistent attendance and teamwork are essential to ensure each student and team is ready to compete successfully.

What Will Students Gain?

• Learn to design, build, and program functional robots
• Develop coding, problem-solving, and engineering skills
• Gain confidence working in teams and presenting their ideas
• Compete in official robotics competitions and receive a certificate

This class is for students enrolled at Nestle ES Only - 50 sessions

General Information 

1. Class will be held in room TBD  from 3:00-4:00 p.m.
2. Mondays and Fridays 10/22/2025 to 5/29/2026 except for designated holidays. See dates below.
3. 24 student max. & 7 student min number of students
4. Instructors are NOT responsible for students being brought to class
5. If an instructor is absent, classes will be made up by adding 30 minutes to the following 2 classes.
6. No refunds after the start date & classes are not prorated
