TERMS & CONDITIONS and LIABILITY WAIVER
General Release, Waiver and Indemnity Agreement - The undersigned hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Computerwisekids Inc. and its officers, employees and agents from and against any and all loss, liability charges, fees, expenses and costs which may arise by arise by reason of participation in any activity. Computerwisekids Inc. does not provide for any accident, medical, liability, workers comp or any other insurance for program participants.
Parental Consent for Online classes and camps – I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant, and that I am entitled to his/her custody and control. I hereby give permission for the child to participate in the online activity.
Parental Consent for Onsite classes and camps - I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant, and that I am entitled to his/her custody and control. I hereby give permission for the child to participate in the activity. I hereby consent to emergency treatment of my minor child as a result of accident or injury. I further agree to pay any and all costs incurred as a result of said treatment. I agree to carefully inspect and satisfy for myself that the facilities provided are reasonably safe for their intended use. I agree to expressly assume the risk of participating in the activities at the premises. I further certify that the child is in good health, and has no impediments that would endanger him/her while participating in the activity. I understand that all provided during enrollment will be kept strictly confidential and that it is my responsibility to inform Computerwisekids Inc. immediately, in writing, of any changes to the enrollment information such as emergency contact numbers and/or insurance policy information. Incorrect information at the time of an emergency could result in serious consequences.
Payments and Refunds – Refer to Refunds and payments pages for specific information on camps and classes. In the event of payment default, I agree to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees. I also understand that COMPUTERWISEKIDS INC. reserves the right to request the withdrawal of any child at any time and to refund a proportionate amount of fees.
Pictures/Videos - I give consent to COMPUTERWISEKIDS INC. to use pictures/videos of my child for advertising and/or promotional activities as well as on school and classroom websites.

CAMP CANCELLATION, CHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Applies to ALL camp types (Winter, Summer etc.) at ALL camp locations.
There are NO MAKE UP SESSIONS. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS for missing camp days.
This policy applies regardless of reason such as illness, Covid, travel or other.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the Start Date of the camp - Full refund - less $30 fee per student, per camp.
If cancellation is requested between 30-15 days before the Start Date of the camp - 50% refund.
If cancellation is requested less than 15 days before the Start Date of the camp - No refund. You will receive a credit of 50% of the amount paid towards another camp. Credits expire 6 months (180 days) after being issued.
If you are cancelling a camp that was previously rescheduled, the date that will be used to determine the refund amount will be the start date of the original camp or the new camp whichever comes first.
CHANGE POLICY:
Changes can be made between camps if there is space available in the desired camp.
Changes can be requested up to 5 days before the start date of the desired camp.
Each change in camp will be charged a $30 fee per student, per camp.
If you requested a change in camp and then decide to cancel, the date that will be used to determine the refund amount will be the start date of the original camp or the new camp whichever comes first.

Preschool Program
About the Preschool Program
Over the past decade, personal computers and the Internet have become a part of our lives. Computerwisekids has conducted extensive research of learning method, web technologies and software design to create a practical, fun and educative approach to introduce kids to computers. Our workshops are specifically designed for children ages 3 1/2 - 6 years. Kids learn the basic needed to use a computer. We start with eye hand coordination. Learning about the mouse, the mouse controls; click, double click and the drag and click method. We use proprietary Computerwisekids educational software to teach and familiarize children with the keyboard and components of the computer. The computer is used as a medium for art, craft and writing. Class projects involve art, craft and movie making too! This class stretches the kid's creativity, problem solving and graphical skills. In addition there is online access from home to reinforce and share the work done in class.
FAQ's about the Preschool Program
- Explain how the program runs? Our instructors visit your school to teach a group of preschoolers (upto 12 students) for 45 minutes on a weekly basis. We typically teach at least 3 groups of students on the visit. Each student has their own laptop or ipad to work with. We use an overhead projector or screen share method to help students follow along the lesson.
- What kind of equipment does the school need? The school needs to provide us with internet access. If the school has laptops or ipads, the cost of the program is lowered.
- Do you provide us with monthly newsletters for parents? We absoulutely do! A digital fun informative newsletter is provide to your school for distribution to parents.
- How can I keep the cost of the program down?
- Assign 1 day for tech classes.

- Assign your teacher to run the class. We provide online training/support and all materails needed to make the class sucessful.
- Can we run the program without your teacher? Yes. We provide online training/support and all materails needed to teach the class. The advantages are:
- Customize: your teacher can customize the lesson to align with weekly/monthly activities in their classrooms.
- Flexibility: teach any time or day of the week
- Costs: keeps the program costs down
- Online programs: the students will still access all the online programs available.
- Newsletters: we provide you a monthly newsletter with the upcoming computer lessons for the month.
- Tell me more about the videos shown at the bottom of the page? The videos are a preschool culmination videos or end-of year projects. The project was choosen by the classroom teacher. Each students created a page during arts & craft period. The kids were individually recorded to narrate their part or peice of the story re-told. This digital storytelling lesson is a favorite with preschoolers, teachers and parents. The kids loved to see their work /hear come to life digitally. It makes a fantastic keepsake for parents at the end of the year.

Party FAQ
How many children can a party accommodate?
- Fortnite parties up to 20 kids
- Minecraft parties up to 20 kids
- 3D Print & Design up to 20 kids
- Paint A Canvas parties up to 30 kids
Are siblings included in the guest count?
Every guest who actively participates in the party is counted. Younger siblings who are present (but not participating in activities) will not be counted.
What should I do if there are more or less guests coming than the number of guests on my reservation?
Please email and call us one week before the party date if you plan to modify the number of guests attending. If more guests come than your reservation allows for then you will incur a balance that will be paid at the end of the party.
Are the parents able to attend the party?
Yes, parents can attend the party at no additional charge. At least one parent is required to be on the premises at all times for the supervision of all party guests.
How old does my child have to be to celebrate their birthday at Computerwisekids?
Children as young as 7 years old can enjoy our parties.
Can I arrive early to set up?
The party space is available at your party starting time. If you arrive earlier, we will do our best to get your room ready earlier, usually we can have the room ready 10 minutes before your start time.
Is there a place set aside for parents to socialize?
Yes, parents can stay in the party room. Free Wi-Fi available.

Can we bring our own food?
Yes, you can bring your own food. We provide counter space, but there is no refrigerator or kitchen area.
No deliveries will be accepted at our location. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Do you have a freezer for ice cream/ice cream cake or other perishable items?
We do not have a refrigerator/freezer available for party use at any of our locations. You may bring a cooler.
Do you offer goodie bags?
Yes, we offer goodie bags. Minimum order of 10 bags - Each goodie bag contains:
- Minecraft (1 Minecraft figure, eraser, candy, glow stick
- 3D print design (3D printed object, bracelet/necklace/keychain, candy to connect the3D Print, glow stick)
- Drones & Robots (mini drone or robot figure, eraser, candy, glow stick)
- Video games (mini ninja figure, eraser, candy, glow stick)
Change Policy:
Changes can be requested up to 10 days before the start date of the party, so long as there is an available time slot.
Any change in date or time will incur a $50 fee.
Cancellation Policy:
If your cancellation request is received at least 60 days before the Party Date - Full Refund less $50 cancellation fee.
If your cancellation request is received between 30-60 days before the Party Date - Refund less $150 cancellation fee.
If your cancellation request is received less than 10 days before the Party Date - No Refund. You may also be responsible for the cost of any other custom party add-ons that are part of your order that are in progress (for example; if cake has been ordered for your party, you may be responsible for the full payment of the cake).
If you requested a change in the party date and then decide to cancel; the date that will be used to determine the refund amount will be the date of the original party or the new party whichever comes first.
What goes on during a Minecraft Party?
We will provide the computers or laptops to use for the Minecraft Party. Kids will explore and play in a world we set up for them on our privately managed server. The Server Admin will monitor the game and kids. The world that your party plays in is only accessible by the party guests. We play on a privately managed server that kids get to play on and explore. In addition, we will also have a Server Admin in-game to monitor the game and kids. Meanwhile, the parents and any other guests not participating in playing Minecraft can socialize and use the wifi in the private guest room.
Do the kids play Minecraft/Video Games/3D Print/Drone & Robots game for the entire party?
No, we have about 1 hour set aside for food and cake.
What is latest date I can book a party?
It is recommended that every party should be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
What are the kinds of print objects can the kids make during the 3D print & design party?
Below are the choices. You make only choose one for as the party theme.
