Refunds & Changes
This CANCELLATION, CHANGE & REFUND POLICY Applies to ALL camp types (Winter, Summer etc.) at ALL camp locations.
There are NO MAKE UP SESSIONS. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS for missing camp days.
This policy applies regardless of reason such as illness, Covid, travel or other.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the Start Date of the camp - Full refund - less $30 fee per student, per camp.
If cancellation is requested between 30-15 days before the Start Date of the camp - 50% refund.
If cancellation is requested less than 15 days before the Start Date of the camp - No refund. You will receive a credit of 50% of the amount paid towards another camp. Credits expire 6 months (180 days) after being issued.
If you are cancelling a camp that was previously rescheduled, the date that will be used to determine the refund amount will be the start date of the original camp or the new camp whichever comes first.
Change Policy:
Changes can be made between camps if there is space available in the desired camp.
Changes can be requested up to 5 days before the start date of the desired camp.
Each change in camp will be charged a $30 fee per student, per camp.
If you requested a change in camp and then decide to cancel, the date that will be used to determine the refund amount will be the start date of the original camp or the new camp whichever comes first.

We reserve the right to cancel an entire camp or camp day(s) due to unforeseen circumstances a refund will be issued for those date(s).
