Join us for In-Person camps at our Porter Ranch Location

Select one or more weeks: from July 17th - July 28th

All Camps are open to students in Grades 1-7 (student should be going into Grades 1- 7 in Fall 2023).

Join us for a set of exciting experiences with something different every week. Choose to attend for a week or all weeks. Either way, it will be a fun experience for most age levels (Grades 1-7).  You will learn new technologies and skills, while using popular games.  We use our own private servers. No Usernames or Passwords required. We provide you all the devices you need. No experience required!

 

Note - A minimum number of students are required for camp. Enrolled students will be notified at least one week prior to camp in the event of a cancellation.

Camp Hours:   Check in: 8:30-9:00 a.m. Camp: 9:00-2:30 p.m.

9:00 - 9:40 am Outdoor Activity of the day

9:40 - 10:30 am

Robotics  (the robot for the week)

Problem Solving & Coding.  This activity will be done with the robots. Students are working with their robots and creating or competing depending on the day of the week

10:30 - 10:50 am

Snack / Break
10:50 - 11:30 am

Minecraft  or Roblox

Design and Map the Plan for the todays task.  Draw/write the sequence plan for the code. Team creates an action plan.  

11:30 - 12:30 pm

Minecraft  or Roblox

Coding Task.  Students are introduced to the task.  They will problem solve and develop a solution.

The Roblox camps use scratch for coding.

12:30 - 1:15 pm

Lunch / Break

1:15 - 2:15 pm

Minecraft  or Roblox

Run the program. Students will debug, modify and clean up their programs. 

Student teams will compete or present.

Tasks for the next day is discussed.
2:15 - 2:30 pm Pick-Up
