The Minecraft Olympics week combines the competitive spirit of the Olympics with the creativity of Minecraft and STEM. Participants engage in Olympic-themed challenges, applying physics, engineering, and coding to craft structures and solve problems, with robotics projects to simulate the excitement of the games.
Younger Campers:
- Participating in Olympic-themed Minecraft challenges.
- Basic robotics concepts using VEX 123 or Sphero.
- Enhancing teamwork and problem-solving in competitive tasks.
Older Campers:
- Mastering Olympic event crafting and coding in Minecraft.
- Engineering and coding with VEX IQ
- Applying STEM concepts to navigate and conquer Olympic challenges.
For Grades 1-7 (No experience required)
Camp Hours: Early Drop off: 7:30-8:30 a.m. (optional) Check in: 8:30-9:00 a.m. Camp: 9:00-3:30 p.m.
